Scope of Work
- Installed a 60 mil PVC membrane roofing system across the roof surface.
- Implemented a hybrid fastening approach for insulation performance and stability:
- First insulation layer mechanically fastened.
- Second insulation layer fully adhered.
- PVC membrane fully adhered to the substrate.
- Installed new polyiso (ISO) insulation to improve thermal performance.
- Completed seam welding and detailed flashing around penetrations.
- Installed termination bars and perimeter edge details for system integrity.
- Performed final inspection and full-site cleanup before closeout.
