This was our biggest project to date coming in at almost 1100 squares. Or close to 2 and a half acres. This one needed to be completely taken down to the decking. Because of rust issues the decking needed to be replaced in some areas of the roof. We replaced this worn-out roof with 5.2 inches of ISO board insulation and 60 mil Flex TPO.
